Day 25 (31 August 2018, Friday)
Hebrews 4:16 “Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
We are living in the days where we need God’s special grace for the call and mission He puts in our lives. It is through Him and by Him that we are able to fulfil God’s purposes in our lives. He is the only one who can complete he work. He has started in our lives. God has called us to make disciples of all nations. He has a great plan.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28: 19 – 20)
Making disciples needs manpower who are committed for God. We are in the time of need now. The bondage of sin is holding the people of this nation in darkness. Are we going to approach God’s throne of grace to ask God for His workers? Let us cry out to the Lord for His mercy and grace. May His people receive His grace for His mission.
We work as if everything depends on us and we pray as if everything depends on God.
