Charles Fischbein | I have suffered a failed spinal fusion surgery. Lost feeling in my feet which caused an infection and toe amputation. I am 72 and was very active till the surgery. I feel my life is over as best doctors cannot relieve my pain. I need prayers for God too help me and return me to health so I can go on with teaching which I had to stop. Teena | For the past 6 years my daughter & I have been in an on again, off again relationship. I truly thought we had mended all last year in August. I went back to see her and my mother in December. For one day all was well. Then the next few things just went south. All we spoke about, all we said we'd never discuss again were all brought up. To make a very long complicated story short she is once again mad at me. I never knew that she was until 2 weeks ago. She's been harboring this madness towards me since December.
I have an only granddaughter who she's kept from me off an on these years as well. I used to live there, but another long story, I moved out to AZ after all of this started. I knew if I stayed back I'd die from a heart attack or commit suicide because of the way she was treating me, and not allowing me to see our Amelia. For 2 years I kept care of her on our day of  each week.
We had a bond, and off and on when my daughter & I were "on" Amelia and I kept that bond. However, now she'll be 8 in August. And, I've not heard from her since December. I've sent a couple of gifts to her and never a call to thank me. Her Mom uses the excuse that Amelia is strong headed and can't be made to call. It's been really bothering me here this past week because I'm going back to see Mom in August for her birthday. And, Amelia shares that same date.
Today I missed a call from her. I called back, but no answer. I sent my daughter a text to ask what Amelia may like to have for her birthday present, and like usual have not heard back from her. Wow! That was a lot. But, believe me its a shortened down version of all we've gone through these past 6 years. My prayer is of course to get my daughter's love back. But, it will take a miracle from God. I thought he'd answered that prayer last year. I now pray that someday Amelia will come looking for me and want to have a relationship. Please pray for us all! Teena
